MMTLP and "Torching" the shorts, a great opportunity if you can find it for sale..

The company was supposed to turn into a new company called metamaterials and if you bought Torchlight energy you were entitled to a dividend whenever they sold the assets of this oil company. These assets included up to 3.2 billion barrels of oil in undeveloped ground as well as an unknown amount of natural gas as well. All in the Oragrande basin which is right next to the Permian basin it's the largest reserve of oil that has been discovered since the 1970s. I don't know about you but every time I go fill up my truck I hear my wallet cry a little bit. I was one of the people that got into torch light before it was delisted and I am applicable to receive the dividend. Now what we didn't expect as investors was for a new market maker to create a ticker in order for shorts to cover. At the same time strangely enough a lot of us were followed by citadel on webull at least, I'm not sure if that happened on other platforms. 15 months pass and not much has happened this is a stock on the OTC market and can be difficult to purchase and it's gotten to the point where most platforms don't even let you purchase it anymore. There's been many calculations on how much the value of the spin out is going to be when it occurs but estimates put it between anywhere between 50-150 dollars. We are expecting SEC compliance on the new oil company "Nextbridge Hydrocarbons" to be approved any day now. The stock $MMTLP has shot up 69% this month (nice ?) 59% this week and 25% Yesterday. There are literally millions of FTD's on this stock the assets are EXTREMELY valuable and shorts are already panicking. We had 400,000 shorted today but it failed to drive down the price at all.
